ALL VENDORS, SELLING FOOD AND/OR NON-FOOD, MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF CURRENT CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY INSURANCE to the Festival Director naming the Scandinavian Alliance of Colorado 585 West Jamison Circle Littleton, CO 80120 as additional insured no later than June 1st.
Email a copy of your proof of insurance to vendor@scandinavianallianceofcolorado.org by June 1st.
Non-compliance with this policy will result in a vendor’s revocation of participation in the event with no refund.
If this is your first time exhibiting or it has been more than 3 years since your participation, you will need to complete the New Vendor registration form.
Booth fee is non-refundable after June 1, 2025.
We are a Scandinavian Midsummer festival and do our best to ensure attendees can experience Scandinavian culture.
All vendors must have some items that are of a Scandinavian-related design or concept.

If you are interested in being a vendor and have exhibited over the previous two years at the Scandinavian Midsummer Festival complete the online application. You will receive an invoice to pay online or by check.
CULTURAL EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION FORM
We offer free entry to Scandinavian organizations, clubs, and groups who have a focus on community, heritage, and traditions both old and new. If your Scandinavian organization is selling food or non-food items, your booth fee is 50% off the regular price. ALL ORGANIZATIONS will still need to complete the online application. You will receive an invoice to pay online or by check (a corner booth and electricity are extra) if applicable.
Note: There are fees applicable if you need us to provide a tent, weights, electricity, or if you specify a corner booth. See Cultural Shade and Information on Registration Page.
